A lot of people are talking about clutter right now because of Marie Kondo’s new series on Netflix (I’ve read the book years ago but haven’t seen the series because we don’t have Netflix…less TV options means more reading, fun and work time at my house).
I’ve been teaching and training about clutter for 13 years now and I wanted to share my thoughts on clutter and what to do about it in a very simple way.

Clutter impacts not only your physical body but your mental and spiritual energy as well.
